APT may process contact and professional details, company and transaction information, assessment answers, uploaded documents, correspondence, payment status and transaction references, and limited technical information required to operate and secure the service. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by APT. Information is used to verify purchases, perform and deliver the assessment, communicate with the client, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
APT uses specialist providers for payments, forms, document storage, hosting and communications, including Stripe and Google Workspace. Information may be processed outside Switzerland under applicable contractual and legal safeguards. It is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, client relationship, security and legal obligations.
The secure assessment portal does not load Google Analytics or use analytics cookies. APT does not send names, email addresses or assessment documents to Analytics. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or further information by contacting APT. A concern may also be raised with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
APT provides a personalized, independent capital-readiness assessment based on the materials supplied by the client. The client confirms that the information is accurate to the best of its knowledge and that it is authorized to submit it.
The stated 24-hour period begins only after payment is verified and a complete, accessible submission is received. Missing, inaccessible or unusually extensive materials may pause the timetable. The assessment does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice and does not guarantee funding, valuation, investor acceptance or transaction completion.
The client retains ownership of submitted materials. APT retains its methodologies, templates and know-how. The report is licensed to the purchasing client for internal business use. To the extent permitted by law, APT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate client information. Swiss law applies, with jurisdiction in Zug, subject to mandatory law.
APT assessments are personalized professional services. A cancellation may be requested before APT begins reviewing the submitted materials. If accepted, the amount received will be refunded less non-refundable processing charges where legally permitted.
Once analysis or report preparation has started, the service is normally non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer law. If APT cannot provide the purchased service for reasons attributable to APT, the client may choose a revised delivery arrangement or a full refund of the undelivered service.
